Empower Change is a nonprofit (501c3) whose mission is to prepare then navigate families through grief so they can live a fulfilling life.  

Our online platform--Grief Guidance as a Service--features content, tools and resources proactively addressing the practical, emotional and long term needs of bereaved caregivers and their families.
